Job Description

  • Minimum S1.
  • Fluent In English.
  • Troubleshooting, able to work quickly.
  • Experience min 3 – 5 years as SPV in Customer Service Team / Verification / Credit Analyst Team.
  • Preferably have work experience in e-commerce / fintech company.
  • Have experience in Customer Service Areas: Email, Live Chat, Inbound Call Center, Social Media, KYC, Loan Processing, Analysis of credit limit granting.
  • Familiar with making SOP, Analysis & Monthly Report.
  • Willing to be placed in Office Bintaro
