Responsibilities

Observe and analyze Warung Pintar Regional product fit
Calculate MPP needs to reach the targeted number efficiently and support HR to fulfill the needs
Leading regional operations team in running day-to-day activities and ensuring the team properly follows the SOP
Oversee and manage operational team achievement
Mentor operational team to ensure their growth and engagement in the team
Oversee operational expenses to optimize costs and prevent fraud
Build good relationship with government; Kelurahan, Kecamatan or Dinas
Manage relation with Mitra, Vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Have experience in FMCG industry
2+ experience in leading operational teams in a large scale and various functions, especially in acquisition
Proven experience in driving business/project to succeed
Excellent with data analysis, able to crunch numbers and keep track of your region's performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate and build relation with various types of person/party
Quickly and effectively manage a team to adapt to system changes
Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance team
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Strong customer service skills in the areas of handling disputes and treating customers with care
