This role will be the strategic arm of the company that will bring the product to market and drive its adoption. You will directly report to the VP of Brand & Marketing and work closely with the PR & Brand Manager.


Job Description:

  • Establish deep expertise in uncovering customer needs, understanding market context/competition, developing segmentation strategies, creating positioning, and developing differentiated messaging/creative assets
  • Showcase products by translating product knowledge into high-impact messaging and programs that clearly communicate their value
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product, user experience, design, analytics, creative and leadership, to influence product roadmaps, marketing strategy, and execution based on data-driven insights.
  • Create and own results of go-to-market programs to ensure product-market fit and long-term lifecycle management to drive product uptake and adoption.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing operations team for segmentation, scoring, attribution, and other operational elements to run effective, relevant, and well-targeted campaigns
  • Manage the operationalization of product features, ensuring that all details for a feature launch are carefully addressed including; driving communications, testing/piloting, launch activities, and training for new features, as well as ongoing support for technical issues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Experience in market research, messaging, positioning, branding, creative development and campaign execution
  • Significant product marketing experience ideally within SaaS sales or go-to-market
  • An ability to articulate compelling propositions in clear language and collateral
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategy successfully while collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus, with effective project management expertise.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
  • Passion for working with technology products and solving consumer needs.
