  • Drive rate strategy development and implementation to achieve hotel targets
  • Maximize revenue to achieve budgeted and forecasted targets
  • Focus on trend recognition, demand anticipation and opportunity analysis and all aspects of competitor intelligence
  • Manage group reservations ensuring contract rates are loaded correctly into reservations to maximize efficiency and eliminate revenue rebates
  • Monitor occupancy for upcoming weeks, balancing inventory where required to ensure maximum availability.
  • Make sure all of the Front Office team members are trained in accordance with Accor Hotels reservations standards

Work Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position
  • Positive spirit of conquest attitude
  • Highly motivated, ability to work under pressure
