What you'll be doing

Liaise with clients, maintain good relationship and proactively following through with their needs

Support the sales team with preparation of quotation and rates requests
Timely and accurate update of shipment milestones into system
Work closely with functional and operational groups to deliver value to the clients

Take ownership of complaints and queries of the clients and proactively following through to resolution

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably of Sea & Maritime / Transport Major OR Degree in Logistics and/or Management Supply Chain Major
At least 3 years of experience in this industry and familiar with air and sea forwarding
Knowledge of INCO-Terms, Customs and Carrier procedures
Proficient in written and spoken English Language
