Job Description

Support and deliver recruitment and selection activities to provide the most qualified sales and keep the fulfillment of every branch of all distribution channels in order to achieve their business goals 1. Regularly review Man Power Mapping & analyze General Report to identify any recruitment improvement opportunities and maintain the quality of the selection process 2. Work together with Sales Team to deliver and review quarterly Career Opportunity Program to the new BC candidates 3. Maintain and select appropriate external sourcing to adding database for all channel to fulfill sales forces manpower 4. Conduct monthly recruitment and selection activities for all Bancassurance regions to fulfill identified number of required manpower of respective region (psychological test, Job Fair, Campus Fair, Posting Job Vacancy at electronic and newspaper media) 4.1. Deliver Campus Hiring event min. twice a month 4.2. Get database min. 50 candidates per month from own source 4.3. Conduct psychological test min. three times a month 4.4. Join Job fair min. four times a year 5. Manage and present proper Recruitment & Selection Grand Report Management for respective designated channel monthly 6. Maintain and select appropriate vendors around Indonesia to carry out the selection process, include: negotiate with vendor, prepare addendum and contracts, Carry out all administration and vendor payment processes Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.
