  • Minimum 15 years experience as Production Manager, Factory Manager or Manufacturing Manager in Automotive Industry
  • Managing Factory (like manpower, arranging shifting)
  • Good knowledge about FMEA, PPM & MRP Implementation, Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance

  • Managing factory (like menpower,arranging shifting)
  • Soft skill (leadership skill) FMME (Failure mode and effects analysis), PPM Implementation
  • Capable to manage large scale of manufacturing operation, able to develop & implement lean system, continuous improvement cycle, shopfloor management system & Total Productive Maintenance, also good knowledge about System & Management Six Sigma – Introducing (White Belt)
