  • Responsible for welcoming and taking care of guests throughout their stay
  • Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay
  • Helps meet the department's quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts

Work Experience
  • Graduated from a reputable hospitality school.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Familiar with Opera system.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, ability to work under pressure and an excellent team player
  • Creative thinker, passionate and guest-oriented
