Job Description

Responsible for overall ShopeeMall onboarding system

Input data of new sellers to system (including tax, admin fee, etc.)

Working closely with Relationship Managements regarding the onboarding issue

Manage intern and 20-ish contracts (including creating incentives for them)
More than 1 year of industry experience

Deep knowledge and understanding of relevant industries’ products, services, operations and SOPs.

Excellent communication and coordination in English & Bahasa Indonesia

Able to work with Excel and other relevant tools

Strong data analysis ability

Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly

Team player, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
