Having business acumen of distribution/channel development for Industry Pharmacy (OTC), Mom & Baby Product, Apparel/fashion retail, Home appliances, etc.
Experience to manage sales in volume/value per outlet
Experience to manage key dealers' relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
Experience to execute various activities to scale up business goals, such as; promotion activities/store activation/sell-out management/product visibility, etc.
Provide leadership to manage sales team, territory, customer handling
Provide data tracking & analysis
Qualification:
Minimal S1, experience handling sales territory level & sales team
Prefer an industrial background in Pharmacy (OTC), Mom & Baby products, Apparel/fashion retail, home appliances
Good leadership skills; managing team, negotiation skills, and account management
Having a high level of selling skill, numerical & data tracking
Understanding of e-commerce landscape will be preferred
Making long term relationship with client.
