Requirements:

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any Engineering field
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in handling consumable products for business to business (B2B) sectors by tendering process
Required competencies: Ms. Office, Bid Management Knowledge, Supplier/ Vendor/ Third Party Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistic Knowledge
Max 35 years old
Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills, preferably good in English
Willing to work in Head Office, Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat

Responsibilities:

Make a short-term (1 year) activity plan.
Sourcing vendors, conduct vendor selection by ensuring all legal and tax documents from vendors are complete and correct.
Ensure periodic vendor evaluations, as well as add or subtract from the Approved Supplier List (ASL) and Vendor Master in the system.
Conduct maintenance & services cooperation contracts.
Holding price contracts / VMI / Consignment.
Prepare tenders.
Dealing with customers / internal audit.
Conduct vendor audits / visits.
Making improvements to the work system of the Procurement Strategy section.
Maintain good relations with all parties, both internal BU and the Supplier.
Supervise and check the results of subordinates' work and ensure that everything is correct and on time.
Managing human resources in the Procurement Strategy Section including workforce planning, performance management, training and HR development.
Monitor, review and account for the performance of the Procurement Strategy section.
Perform other work assigned by superiors related to their field of work.
