Job Description

  • ASSISTANT MANAGER
  • HO - JAKARTA

LITIGATION OFFICER


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to manage dispute settlement for all AKR business units.
  • Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research, and initial case & claims assessment
  • Draft pleadings & motion documents to be filed in court.
  • Conduct interview and establish chronology of facts.
  • Liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties.
  • Provide assistance & guidance to all business units for case settlements.
  • Produce monthly case progress summary report.
  • Manage all documentation filings for all litigation case.
  • Provide support to minimize or prevent potential litigation risks & services needed by business legal process

QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelor Degree in Law
2. Min. 5 years of working experiences in litigation function
3. Proven comparable law firm experiences
4. Excellent negotiation and communications skills
5. Good knowledge of laws and regulation
