About Our Client

Our client is a multinational company that has been around for more than a decade in its industry and has been one of the leading player in the garment / apparel industry. Its presence has been contributing significantly to the economic growth of the country in the garment industry.

Job Description

This role is responsible but not limited to :

  • End to end operation of the factories

  • Managing inventory and productions

  • Managing the warehouse and production planning.

  • Reporting to the country GM for forecast

  • Continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency of the whole factory

  • Budgeting and cost efficiency projects

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have the following :

  • At least a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.

  • At least 20 years of experience in garment & other apparel industry

  • At least 10 years in GM position

  • Agile , able to work under pressure

  • Able to communicate fluently in English

  • Strong leader and strong in communication skills

  • Able to manage > 5000 people
