  • Understand project requirements and concept
  • Help deliver on design requirements
  • Pitch unique ideas for design projects
  • Collaborate with senior designer and design team to produce the final product
  • Take on specific tasks to support many project underway
  • Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work
  • Maintaining client relationship along with account executive
  • Maintaining creative schedule, deadlines and workload
  • reporting creative progress to creative director on daily basis
