Responsibilities:

Proactively work with the team to pursue business relationships and responsible for generating reports and insights for commercial & operation in due time.
Using a consultative approach, collaborate and contribute with other divisions to plan, schedule, and execute action plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness on SIRCLO Services' needs.
Leading project, provide and analyze data to identify problematic areas (ie. supply chain, operation, commercial) and suggest improvements
Enhance workflow and cross-operation-departmental engagements
Continuous periodic reports on key findings and assessments
Track KPIs and report on operations performance
Assist Analyst Manager in lead and drive other team members

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with preferred major on: Information System, Statistic/Mathematic, Business Analytic, Supply Chain Management/Logistic
Have at least 3 years of working or project experience in analytical roles will be an advantage
Strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills
Self-driven individual with high ownership and a sense of accomplishment.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mind with business acumen
Good attitude to connect with others, self-driven to complete task, and high initiative to take action and a team player
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google sheet
Knowledge and experience in in SQL, especially BigQuery is a plus.
Familiarity with supply chain process or Consumer good industry (plus point)
