Lead dan manage customer service projects for improving quantitative and qualitative performance and clients satisfaction.
To be representative for the result of a project in the unit.
Controlling and make sure that the team in following the standard KPI set by the client.
Prepares customer service performance report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Create capacity planning according to client project.
To plan for human development to promote staff to a higher level.
To keep a good relationship with clients and do internal coordination with other division or department.

Required

S1 education all departement with GPA 3.00.
At least 1-2 years of working experience as Contact Center Operation Manager.
Experience in handling more than 100 headcounts with various projects or campaigns.
Experience in Business planning for Contact Center, Capacity Planning, etc.
Computer literate especially Excel (Vlookup, PIVOT, IF, Hlookup).
Good analysis and planning ability.
Motivated and able to work under preassure.
Good negotiation skills and strength in numbers.
