Job Description

We are looking for an IT Assistant Manager who will supervise, monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure management, server and network to ensure conformance with established guidelines, methods, procedures and policies related to the information technology area and a more effective and efficient company's business process.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor troubleshoot office IT infrastructure, network and communication
  • Maintain and monitor IT compliance to ensure IT security and policy in accordance with Company's policy and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot office communication for PABX (Panasonic) also assist IT coordination between MEAP and MELCO
  • Maintain IT Service Level Agreement for end user in accordance with Company's policy and other related regulation
  • Install, configure and manage IT infrastructure, network, IT service, office administration and communication equipment when setting up new office in accordance with Company's policy and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain and monitor data backup using Sinology backup software and Synology backup NAS
  • Provide backup for SAP in accordance with Company's policy and other related regulation
  • Perform any other related tasks given by the Company accordingly in line with Company's policy and standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree majoring in Information systems
  • 3 years experience in the similar position or 5 years experience in supervisory level (Total experience more than 7 years)
  • Knowledge required: CISCO, Microsoft, ERP System (SAP)
  • Hard Skills & Ability required: Business Management, Business Development, Budgeting and Cost control, Project Knowledge Acumen, Project Management, Inventory Management, Risk Management
  • Computer Skills required: Computer literate (Ms. office), internet, email, prefer: ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and CISA (Certified Information System Auditor)
