What you'll be doing
Assist in managing and providing support to the Chief Representative's clients, partners and own offices worldwide
Analyse data, prepare/generate reports and slides for meetings/conference calls
Taking meetings/conference call minutes
Organising meetings, conference calls and business trips for Chief Representative
Plan and coordinate logistical arrangements for the arrival of overseas guests
Prepare and handle sensitive and confidential documents
Keeping the office in order and support in the administrative functions of the office
Minimum Qualifications
University degree or equivalent with major in Business, Human Resources or equivalent
3-5 years of working experience in freight forwarding or equivalent
Knowledge of logistics would be an advantage over others
Conversant in both spoken and written English for liaison with Management
Proficient in MS office (excel /powerpoint)
