Job Description

  • Monitoring and Supporting for production servers and devices, 24 Hours, 7 Days (Shifting)
  • Perform system, hardware and network maintenance on regularly
  • Keep system, hardware and network performance, stable and secure
  • Have a basic knowledge to Installation and troubleshooting servers and devices (e.g HP, Dell, Cisco, Mikrotik, Linksys)
  • Have a basic knowledge to operate an Operating System ( e.g Linux and Windows Server)
  • Have a basic knowledge to managed network devices (e.g Mikrotik, Cisco, HP)
  • Work in team and collaborate with many people

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates with Internship Experience in IT Support/ IT Infrastructure/ IT Helpdesk/ IT Operations are welcome
  • Required Skill(s): UNIX (RedHat, CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu), Microsoft Family (Windows Server 2012, 2018, 2003, Windows 10,8), SQL, MySQL
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Easily adapt to changing situation
  • Able to work to meet deadlines in demanding situation
  • Able to work shifting (Placement: Mampang, South Jakarta)
