Prioritizes coaching and performance management efforts to have the greatest overall impact on business results through Distributor
Coordinates the involvement of sales support personnel, including customer support, service, and management resources, so that sales performance objectives and customers’ expectations are met.
Proactively inspects sales activity and effort among sales team/distributor managed, ensuring that the quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations
Leads field forecasting efforts among the distributor’s team managed, ensuring that accurate forecasts are completed on a timely basis
To implement area sales strategy and to use area sales assessment and evaluation as feedback tools to Regional Sales Managers
To actively calls/visits key customers in area to identifies business opportunities and problem solving
Works with market management to ensure market-level strategic and business objectives are met by the sales team.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging key customer accounts in conjunction
To ensure all activities should be within corridor of Bayer compliance and safety regulation
WHO YOU ARE
Preferable bachelor degree in Marketing Management, or any other field
Having experience in 4 years in field sales function
Good interpersonal skills, English communication abilities is preferred
