About Our Client

Our client is a global leading ventures capital firm with the main focus of investment in the financial technology start-up companies across Asia, and particularly in Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Responsible to manage and control the investment systems and processes to achieve efficiency and a well-structured transactions on a timely manner.
  • Responsible to manage the portfolio management systems through monitoring, tracking, portfolio construction modelling, internal reporting, and analysis, etc.
  • Lead the fund administration team and overseeing the fund management platform
  • Responsible on the financial accounting, reporting, capital distributions, compliance, and fund disbursement
  • Manage the funds planning including reserves, forecasts, and cash management
  • Responsible on managing LP, LP commitment closings, KYC and onboarding, and IR systems & processes
  • Responsible for financial systems, policies, and tool, as well as tax planning and management
  • Responsible on the financial forecasting and treasury management
  • Manage HR Admin & Compliance and overall employee benefit programme

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in Finance and operations in a venture capital, private equity, consultancy or corporate finance firm
  • Experience in a fast-growing, fast-paced organization with constrained resources and a distributed professional workforce
  • Strong leadership and People management skills with team members working remotely, spanning a wide range of time zones.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong in Accounting, Financial Planning, Reporting and Management
