Job Description

  • Develop Operation design framework
  • Oversees end to end operational activities and ensure that the team is productive and running on cost-effective way
  • Develop strategies to ensure the customer experience in the contact center is consistent with overall company strategy
  • Designing policies/procedures for 3 operational pilars, and ensure that policies and procedure are captured business needs
  • Finding and bidding best vendors/partner to deliver particular of operational activities
  • Develop and implement best strategy to deploy product/process/with high quality standard
  • Increasing effectiveness and efficiency of operational pilars through improvement for each operational pilar
- Work with product team, business teams, partners/vendors (NDP/ATMI/Qualita/SWI/VADS) and Client (PTPR - team IT & operational team)
  • Age Max 40 Years
  • Bachelor degree any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in IT/Telecomunication/Banking area
  • Microsoft Office Proficient
  • Good interpersonal and Communication skill
  • Honest, Willing to work Teamwork
  • Highly organized team, having good analytical skill
  • Work location South Jakarta
  • Understand transaction and network service of payment point online banking (PPOB)
