The team you'll be part of

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

PMO plays a big role into the success where PMO main task would be to ensure successful project execution where all the project wll be executed within the agreed scope, cost, schedule and quality

Job Responsibilities

The PMO Manager owns the project / program execution governance in a CDM / Program / Project structure and facilitates the implementation of the official PMO and Program Business Management methodology.

Mission:

  • Responsible to provide PMO methodology support to the CT Delivery organisation
  • Ensure Program Business Management (PBM) methodology is deployed and to support the Delivery Owner in project execution through:
    • Governing, communicating and supporting the business to ensure full transparency to allow for informed decision making.
    • Ensure Projects are delivered in a consistent / united manner within the CT
    • Deployment of efficient processes with continuous improvements
    • Optimise resource efficiencies in delivery functions within CT’s e.g. schedule management Summary of Key Activities:
  • Setup of PMO Methodology in overall CDM structure
  • Setup of Program Business Management Methodology in projects / programs
  • Facilitation of continuous end-to-end project / program planning
  • Ensuring resource / capability planning processes are deployed and adhered to
  • Facilitation of performance management process setup and execution in project / program and overall CDM structure
  • Governance assurance during sales, PTA / Handover and customer contract execution phases Key Performance Indicators:
  • Achievement of PCA’s as per approved CBL’s
  • Operational Perceived Value Index OPVi of the CT’s
  • Execute Process KPI’s for the CT
  • Operational KPI’s (e.g. Flawless Execution, SDPA) Key Activity Areas: Setup of PMO Methodology in overall CDM structure
  • Overall responsibilities for the delivery of an effective project management office function to the projects within the CDM
  • Responsibility to setup, introduce and maintain all PMO Methodologies across the CDM setup with main focus areas of:
    • EXECUTE Process Framework Compliance
    • Resource Demand Planning
    • Project Initiation
    • Inductions & Onboarding
    • Scheduling Function
    • Reporting
    • Purchase Order Management
    • Processes and Tools
    • Governance & Delivery Performance Management
    • Cost Management
    • Logistics
    • Continuous Improvement
  • Overall responsibility for PMO related topics across CDM project portfolio, containing all projects, whether in the pre-sales or delivery phase.

Your skills and experience

The preferred candidate would require the following skills to perform their daily task

  • Good understanding on the E2E RAN rollout, Operations and Optimization
  • Good communication skills
  • Good presentation skills for both presentation preparation and delivering presentation
