RESPONSIBILITIES:

Become the key person who will be in charge of the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) infrastructure, system design, and related processes, either from technology, product, or financial perspective.
Involve in the ERP implementation and related improvement projects while also serving as a product manager on behalf of the Finance Team.
Collaborate closely with the Technology and Operational Team.
Oversee monthly financial closing processes and ensure the stability within the ERP system.
Manage the issue log documentation and provide solutions related to any issues raised by internal users.
Manage the upkeep of progress reports and system integration.
Evaluate the SOP documentation and drive the implementation on a regular basis.
Support in IT-related financial audits.

REQUIREMENTS:

Have at least 3 years of working experiences as an IT Consultant, IT Support, or other similar roles.
Have solid knowledge in NetSuite core will be a plus point.
Have a strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and XML programming language.
Knowledgeable in financial and accounting procedures, as well as retail business
Possess strong work ethics with an ability to manage confidential data
