Responsibilities:

You will be part of a team of self starting, driven individuals dedicated to generating market data to create useful insight (client side). This will require you to use both qualitative and quantitative research (more of a bias to quant) methods to interpret insight that will enable better informed commercial decisions

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor´s Degree, Master´s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience incapital market or in the related field is required for this position
Max. Age 28 years old
Use a professional communication style, excellent written and verbal English language skills
Good knowledge of research methodology, statistics, process and delivery of research–this can come from either in-house or agency experience
Strong financial modeling skills and high prociency in microsoft office
Develop a comprehensive business plan and presentation materials to the investors
Data Analysis, consolidation and report writing (daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly)
Having excellent knowledge in technical analysis, financial report, neraca, balance sheet, etc
Supporting local consulting projects with exceptional industry insight
Have a good analytical, information seeking, business orientation, and organizational commitment
Establishing and maintaining superb relationships with clients and building a partnership mentality to identify and deliver on client needs
Possess WPPE/WMI, Passed CFA / FRM Lv. 1 and other related professional certification will be definete advantage
