Job Descriptions :

Perform Sourcing Plan (Product, Price, timeline) in order to ensure the availability of the right products
Perform Inventory Management to ensure availability of the right products
Analyze new trending product/style in the market and gather information on market trend
Manage all relations with third parties (factories/suppliers) including regular communication, planning, reporting, and negotiate pricing
Produce regular reports to provide brand data

Qualifications :

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Food Technology
At least 2 years experienced in Product Development, preferably from FMCG or Food Process industry
Advanced planning and analytical skills, including computer skills
Confidence in suggesting calculated risks
Strong customer awareness and understanding
Passionate about product, strong market and brand awareness
Discreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent communication skills
Time keeping & ability to meet stringent deadlines
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel
Fluent in written and spoken English
