Master/ Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering
Minimum 2 years in handling automation projects
Thorough knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic components and popular manufacturers and selection of components for automation equipment
Thorough knowledge of electronic control system (sensors, servo/stepper motor, etc)
Exposure to C++, LabView ,TwinCat, Visul Basic, PLC, S7,Mitsibishi,Omron, Beckhoff, or related software.

Responsibilities:

Design, build & test manufacturing equipment’s for passive electronic component
Works as a team to design, build, test, and implement automation solutions to reduce manufacturing cost and lead time to the required level
Interact with engineering team for joint process development projects
Debug, release and handover of equipment project to production team
Generate design documentation, drawings, operation manual, and related materials for system code and hardware
Assists product/process engineer during data collection (machine capability studies, MSA, etc) for release purposes.
