Job Description

Responsible for productivity projects focused on equipment, material, and man. Generation and sustainable implementation of OEE /UPH increasing measures in predefined areas. Optimization of production equipment with continuous improvement & lean manufacturing approaches
In your new role you will:


  • Possesses advanced knowledge with >5yrs of experience in Industrial Engineering focusing on P-C-M-A efficiencies improvement & WIP Flow improvement, for respective scope
  • Support to segment/site overall productivity roadmap, and to secure NLOP pipelines to fulfill productivity targets defined in TCR & LTCR, for respective scope.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and identify P-C-M-A improvement potential. Drive actual implementation of productivity measures at segment/site level which includes layout, OEE/UPH improvement, and waste reduction, for respective job scope
  • Support and deploy the yearly segment/site level technical goal/target setting as the input for TCR/LTCR, for respective job scope.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of Production Management focusing on 4-P synchronization, and support the implementation of defined measures in CTS reduction and Optimization of utilization & cycle time.
  • Support implementation of MES and Prod Performance report
  • Support the execution of defined Automation projects and the harvesting of benefits from completed projects.
  • Deploy P-C-M-A efficiency standard within Segment/site. Conduct yearly BCD/internal i-SHARP exercise to secure additional productivity pipelines

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in Industrial Engineer
  • Capable to use MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good communication in English
