Lulusan D3/S1 semua jurusan dengan IPK min 2,75

Berpengalaman di sebagai SPV Customer Service 1 tahun atau Team Leader/PIC Customer Service 2 tahun

Memahami KPI & SOP Customer Service Representative

Komunikatif dan memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik

Mampu menggunakan Bahasa Inggris (lisan & tulisan) akan menjadi nilai tambah

Bersedia ditempatkan di Medan

Tanggung Jawab

Memonitir kinerja tim agar dapat mencapai KPI setiap bulannya
Memastikan kinerja tim sesuai dengan SOP yang telah ditetapkan
Menangani customer complain secara face-to-face di store
Memasarkan & memberikan produk kepada pelanggan
