Job Description

Banking Associate Program technology (BAP Tech) is a one-year training program covering class-room training, on-the-job learning and coaching by subject matter experts to support PermataBank Technology Roadmap.

You will be trained and coached to become a Digital Delivery Developer. You will be equipped with technical and soft skill trainings to prepare you to become a professional in your area of expertise. This program will help you to grow professionally and personally.
Bachelor degree majoring in Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science

Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00

Fresh graduates or with working experience less than 2 years

Preferably having knowledge of JavaScript and C#, Microsoft Cloud solution, HTML and ASP.NET , SQL databases, Microsoft Dynamic 365

Focus on process, detail and solution oriented

Communicate your ideas and technical terms well and others understand easily

Willing to listen and understand the needs of others/internal customers

Eager to learn new things, adaptable and open for changes

Willing to collaborate and work as a team
