Job Purpose
  • Owner of Sales and Operation Planning (SOP) process / as the interface between commercial and operation, from receiving order intake (including forecast) and translate into Production & Material Planning, taking into account production capacity / machine’ saturation, delivery date.
  • To manage, execute, monitor & update Intercompany purchase and Intercompany sales activity.
  • Production Planning and Inventory Control: together with the team to create Production Planning, Material Requirement Planning, and Inventory level.
  • To do effective coordination with (1) Production Team to control daily achievement & / delivery readiness, (2) Purchasing to control PO and material schedule (3) Logistic : inbound and outbound. (4) QC incoming inspection.
Job Description
  • Develop production plan (monthly & / daily), by taking into account:
    • Machine Saturation / Capacity
    • Production Efficiency – measured by Labor, Material and OVC Efficiency
    • Promised delivery date – measured by OTD, CLIP index
  • To develop Material Requirement Planning and work with Purchasing, Logistics and QC for the receiving schedule and inspection, taking into account :
    • Delivery date & Inventory Level
    • Inventory level of RM, WIP and FG measured by DIOH.
    • Efficient Production Process : no production delay due to unavailability of raw material / drum.
  • To develop Finish Goods purchase plan in close coordination with Purchasing & / Regional Planner & Intercompany responsible on each country.
  • To manage order intake from Inter-Company Order, including to include it into production plan to fulfil delivery time.
  • To manage order placement to Inter-Company, to buy Finish Goods for domestics’ order, and control its delivery status.
  • Together with Production, Engineering, QC and Maintenance – to control daily production progress & do necessary action to assure achievement of production and sales target & rolling forecast.
  • Forecasting the RM, WIP and FG inventory for 3 months ahead.
  • Safety Support - Ensure that the requirements of the HSEMS are established, implemented, and maintained in accordance with the standard ISO45001ISO45001 & ISO 14001
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Has related certifications or trainings in related filed will be an advantaged
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the area of Demand Planning, Production Planning, Material Planning and Inventory Control. Experience in “make to order” manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
  • Possess excellent English
  • Possess leadership capability, initiative, and analytical thinking
  • Has expert in operating computer, MS office (Excel, Power point).
  • Has experience work with SAP
  • Has essential knowledge in cable engineering process (preferred)
