Job Description

Technical Improvement Technician

YOUR TASK & REPSONSIBILITIES

Perform supervision of Technical System modifications and actively update the results that have been achieved.
Making training modules for CTA Engineering.
Communicate with related parties and vendors to help resolve technical issues in the field.
Make CAPA recommendations in accordance with the time that has been determined by updating the results periodically.
Play an active role in the implementation of quick win and PM machines in the Operation area.
Provide ideas for problem solving in the field with evidence and measurable means.
Implement and maintain operational control of the results of hazard identification and risk assessment of K3L related to activities in its work area.
Conduct K3L communication, participation and consultation activities.
Support and Assist in the implementation of K3L and Environmental Programs related to the work area.
Comply with all K3L regulations in accordance with the rules that apply in the company's work area.
Assist in the process of investigating incidents that occur in the workplace if requested.
Execute task points from the results of audits or reports performed and report periodically.
Assist in investigations in the work area and report regularly.
Report any work accidents, near misses, dangerous actions and conditions that occur in the work area and/or the entire company area.
Create a preventive maintenance task list for the use of workshop equipment to be included in the INFOR system.
Have Accountability for accidents and illnesses due to work that occur in the workplace.
Reprimand anyone who conducts activities that do not comply with K3L rules in the Cimanggis factory area.
Participate actively in the CTA Engineering program in the manufacture of modules that will be trained.
Follow the analysis process in the field to help solve the problem.
Assist the maintenance planner to prepare materials in the framework of the PSS program in the Equipment area.

WHO YOU ARE

Have work experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry for at least 1 year
Have experience in maintaining production and packaging machines for at least 1 year
Understand and be able to speak and write English
Having good leadership and communication skills
Customer oriented
Having the ability to control conflict and ambiguity
Can work in teams
Can work under pressure
Minimum D3 graduate (electrical / mechanical / mechatronic engineering)
