This Job post is for a subsidiary of Rajati Capital, the candidate will be responsible for Technical Support/ Helpdesk for 24/7 for PT. Era Awan Digital (Eranyaclou) Cloud Services Company.
Follow company policy and procedure based on ISO 9001/27001;
Responding to technical support logs all tickets (discussion/issues/resolved).
Contacting clients to find out the nature of the technical or IT issue.
Linking to clients' computers via remote access.
This may include Provisioning Operating System Windows/Linux/Virtual Appliance, Setup Web Services, Setup Database;
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues (Check connection, Check Services,)
Proposing simple and effective solutions.
Maintaining good client relations.
Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
Completing handover shift pending job and job reports.
Completing daily/weekly/monthly job reports.
Target SLA 99.9% and response time 15 mins by Whatsapp Group/Email/Ticket.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
Freshgraduate are welcome
Previous work experience as a technical support in same experience or same business.
Fundamental of virtualization and cloud services.
Fundamental of various operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, Virtual Appliance).
Fundamental of Database, web services, and API.
Fundamental of remote access systems such as SSH, Remote Desktop, Anydesk, etc.
Fundamental of email server, DNS, DHCP flow.
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent language and visual skills for producing well-structured technical documentation and operational procedures.
Customer focus with excellent client engagement, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to innovate under pressure, analyze complex problems and find solutions.
Have an entrepreneurial spirit to be part of a start-up and build it into something great.
Develop and optimize service network on both field and workshop to ensure the lead time, quality and efficiency.
Experience with service operations/planning.
