About the Role
Roll up your sleeves and climb on board if you’re ready to be our next Brand Building Lead for Brand Partnership Team. In this role, you will be an integral player in the Brand Partnership team, responsible for building the credibility of Gojek Brand Partnership both internally and externally. Focusing heavily on plan, develop and execute brand focused event and marketing efforts to support the communication strategy and to promote Gojek as go-to solution provider for the brands in the market.
What You Will Do
Responsible for raising the awareness and building the credibility of Gojek Brand Partnership as go-to solution provider for brands in the market.
Lead, plan, develop and execute all marketing initiatives and activations for Gojek Brand Partnership
Create and implement a content editorial calendar and manage timely marketing campaigns.
Deliver content that supports the Industry Manager team and drives new leads and sales conversion (email marketing, blogs, case studies, thought leaderships, etc)
Develop marketing collaterals, sales tools and communications across the channels to reach the company’s target customers
Ensure cross-functional communication and feedback
What You Will Need
At least 5 years experience working in GTM/Marketing/Marcom/Editorial role or equivalent experiences and familiar with the B2B landscape
A Bachelor or Master degree in communication, marketing, management, business or any other related fields
Possess both a strategic and analytical approach towards marketing.
Understand product, sales and marketing integration
Excellent written and verbal in English and Bahasa
Strong ability to work in teams and build good working relationships, but also able to work independently
Strong project management and time management ability, extraordinary attention to detail, resourceful and initiate his/her own projects with the proven ability to track deliver results
Strong creative problem solving skills
About the Team
Our Brand Partnership team consists of 4 Expert teams - Industry Managers, Campaign Management, Sales support & Brand Building, and all report to the Global VP of Brand & Agency partnerships. Brand partnership team's responsibility is to groom & generate a new revenue stream for Gojek through our AdTech and PromoTech. How does one achieve this, you may ask? By helping to grow our Brands’ business and by developing new go-to-market channels for our AdTech and PromoTech solutions.
For instance, Food Brand A is having a challenge in breaking through the glass ceiling to grow in GoFood further. We will help them to identify their opportunities and/or pain points, then recommend a solution on how they can grow, using our AdTech & PromoTech. It’ll be much like a consultant, advising them on growth strategy. A case in point will be the recent success we had in helping a major RTD Brand to grow their sales in 2020 by ~30% VS 2019. While helping the particular Brand and many others, we’ve also managed to push a double digit growth to our advertising revenue between 1H 2020 and 2H 2020 alone.

Providing cost-effective execution of project milestones in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards to maintain and improve project marginâ¦
Communicate with creators and assist them to onboard in Bytedance platform.
Manage the preparation, communication, and administration for creators onboarding.
