About the Role
Our driver-partners are one of the crucial pillars of our business. Right from serving food orders to transporting people and goods from one place to another - there is very little that they can’t do. As our Swadaya Operation Manager, you will take the helm in ensuring that our driver-partners are able to generate livable income while they can save cost of living in our platform. You will systematically navigate through micro and macro settings and any related metrics related to the driver-partners, which helps you to methodically manage areas where the Driver Core team should bolster, anticipate, and/or fix. Your efforts will help to ensure excitement in bringing the cost saving experience for our driver partner in our platform

The Swadaya team is a lean team of 3 people based in Jakarta, Indonesia. As the heart of the Driver Core department and part of driver strategy team, we are in charge of providing solution to lowering cost of life of our driver and bring peace of mind for our driver. thinking about anything and everything that might help our driver-partners to get better life.
Aside from bettering the work and lives of our driver-partners, we also enrich each other (and everyone who wants to hang with us) by exploring the unending variety of food in Indonesia as friends outside of work. Some of us fell in love again with the outdoors during the pandemic, so during weekends you may see us at hiking trails, bicycle loops, and camping sites all over the world!
