About Our Client

Our client is one of the biggest fashion retail company in Indonesia. They are hiring a strategic position titled VP of Merchandising (Commercial).

Job Description

  • Overseeing financial plan and allocation strategy for all merchandising related with sales, gross margin, and gross/nett profit as well
  • Be the one that develop and in charge directly in product assortment and assortment creation (ranges) in seasonal basis
  • Preparing and presenting the report related with business and merchandising strategy reviews
  • Analysing and providing improvement regarding the business SOP
  • Leading team and providing strategic business guidance for the team

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or any other related major
  • Experienced in merchandising (senior level) for at least 10 years
  • Have a strong and robust experience in merchandising, especially in fashion retail industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta area
