Job Description

As an Assistant Human Resources Manager, your mission will focus on adapting and implementing People Management with stronger focus on

Competence Development process to correspond with the growing operational needs of the Company. This position will report to HR Manager.


Talent Acquisition and Development:

  • To lead recruitment and hiring process
  • To handle on new employee onboarding and exit process
  • To lead employer branding and/or company event process and activities
  • Competence development and Performance management including training and coaching initiatives, activities and programs
  • To organize training activities in line with the training plan and request from the management
  • To keep the database of training providers and training records in Learning Link
  • Supports the HR Manager and wider leadership team in the delivery of HR elements of organizational and cultural change activities
  • Developing strategic to all verticals/division


Provide high quality HR support to the PT Atlas Copco Indonesia including but not limited to employee relations, policy development and execution, immigration and compliance such as:

  • To support employee data management for People Management report
  • Participate in HR audits of business unit
  • Maintain healthy employee management relation, be the main contact point to manage complex employee relations casework relating to discipline,

grievance, performance, investigate speak-up case, and to provide advice and support to the HR Manager where necessary with regards to their casework

  • Facilitate and maintain a good working relationship with Manpower
  • Partners with HR Manager to review, update, and communicate human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations. Act as point- of-contact for internal HR policy interpretation.
  • Participates in continuous improvement projects and other work projects as determined by the company
  • Handle group pilot project and campaign to employee such as insight survey, diversity, etc
  • Travelling to different branches to ensure HR related matters are continued and implemented


What we expect of you?

  • Minimum 8 years-experience in HR role with multinational company
  • Familiar with HR tools and systems, legal documents and government policies
  • Good standard of presentation skills
  • Good command (verbal and written) of English
  • Solid understanding and mature user of MS Office
  • Self-motivated
  • Preferably Master’s in Human Resources and/or MBA in Human Resources
