Reporting to the Regional Category Director, you will be responsible for :

  • Business planning - target setting, performance tracking, business reviews
  • Strategic partnership development and relationship management - managing global top beauty accounts end to end, including beauty brands and retailers
  • Analytics & marketing - prepare product launch across region, work closely with marketing etc.
  • Analyzing big sets of data on performance of existing partnerships and potential new ones and distill actionable insights
  • Developing & implementing necessary processes for regional partnerships
  • Managing tech product roadmap for the respective accounts and category
  • Coordinating with the local markets & liaise with the various SEA countries on regular status updates
  • Providing training/guidance to local counterparts
  • Business development - identify new leads that will be the next big thing at Lazada
  • Preparing for & presenting in partnership meetings with clients

Job Requirements In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

  • 6 - 10 years' experience in sales/ business development with eCommerce and marketing exposure
(relevant experience in beauty industry is a plus).
  • Strong analytical acumen and comfort with generating and evaluating metrics, forecasts, and analyses
  • Entrepreneurial, driven and self-motivated attitude to quickly dive deep into content to determine root causes of problems and implement scalable solutions
  • Excellent written and oral skills, strong organizational communication skills.
  • High proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work on tasks independently with entrepreneurial attitude to quickly dive deep into content to determine root causes of problems and implement scalable solutions
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, a Masters in Business Administration and/or experience in any top general management consulting or technology firm is a plus.
