At least 4 years experience in a same position in a Fast Moving Consumer Good and Distributor.
Have a strong understanding about the marketing, sales and market shares condition in the North Sumatera and Aceh.
Have a strong motivation and target oriented that approved with an Achievement Award in the previous experience.
Mastering in maintaining and evaluating all procedure both in operation and administrative.
Mastering in budgeting and maintaining the account receivable / debt in a healthy level.
Ability to compile all the data related to sales and marketing to developed a strong marketing and sales system in his area.
