  • Mengkoordinasikan rencana Sales & Marketing pada Sales Area.
  • Merekomendasikan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan pencapaian target.
  • Melaporkan hasil penjualan bulanan pada Area Sales Manager (ASM).
  • Melakukan Kunjungan ke Coverage Area Tim Sales
  • Memberi Motivasi dan Semangat bagi masing-masing team Sales di Area.
  • Mencari New Open Outlet.

  • Pria / Wanita, usia maksimal 38 tahun.
  • Memiliki pengalaman pada posisi Area Sales Supervisor Di bidang FMCG minimal 3 tahun
  • Menguasai Channel GT dan MTI
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi aktif, dan dapat menarik minat customer.
  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership kuat, dan dapat mengkoordinasikan team.
  • Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai Sales Skill.
  • Berdomisili di Area Penempatan
  • Memiliki SIM C dan/atau SIM A
  • Menguasi Ms. Excell
