Job Description

AIRFREIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPORT

OBJECTIVES

  • Handle Air Freight Export Customers


JOB DUTIES

  • Responsible and manage booking acceptance by airlines, including monitoring with overseas for flight details and pre alert documents thru EDM
  • Responsible and manage contact correspondence with shipper for flight details cargo status and correctness of HAWB
  • Responsible and manage export activities including defines cargo types and prepare collection list
  • Responsible to monitor update BUP report
  • Responsible to arrange pick up goods in coordination with transport officer (RF Dept.)
  • Responsible to monitor itinerary of the shipment from ATD to ATA
  • Issue MAWB & HAWB according to shipping instructions
  • Prepare job files
  • Prepare export documents to be attached into consolidation pouch
  • Prepare document for custom clearance purposes
  • Check with warehouse for completion of loading
  • Manage on checking and acknowledge final control of job files
  • Monitoring Airfreight Export KPI & update timestamp in timely manner
  • Monitoring EDM for Orphans & Packet status
  • Update documents to EDM
  • Update & monitoring Operational Irregularity in GCCS
  • Responsible to assign on duty officer during holiday
  • All relevant duties assigned by Superior
  • Comply with QHSE procedure and regulation
  • Actively participate in all QHSE program

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Education background minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Has minimum 1 year experience in handling Air Freight Export
  • English Fluency both in writing and speaking
  • Computer Literacy
  • Result oriented without compromising Respect
