Job Description

As a Head of Research, you are responsible to:

  • Lead market research to handle all end to end research projects and working closely with 3rd party research agency
  • Review the data and reports given by the third party agency and work very closely with strategy team to make strategies out of the reports
  • Work closely with other research and marketing teams and external research agency to offer integrated insight and solution for brand strategy and other marketing projects business wide.
  • Handle primary and secondary research for internal and external clients as well
  • Share and present reports gathered by third party agency to internal management and clients if needed

The Successful Applicant

As a Head of Research, we are looking for someone with great communication skills and excellent written and verbal communication in English *AND* Bahasa Indonesia

  • Min. 5 years working experience in market research or business consulting or related function in agency or client side.
  • Growth mindset, proactively seeks to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Has successful track records in handling Quantitative and Qualitative Research
  • Able to solve complex issues, management stakeholder expectations and act as trusted advisor and strategic partner for marketing division.
  • Deep understanding and experience of quantitative and qualitative research projects, at all stages from design to delivery - Strong organizational and project management skills, solutions focused.
