Job Description

In this role, you are responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all employees and individuals comply with all applicable Infineon laws and regulations within the company premises.
In your new role you will:
  • Protect Infineon (employee/property) assets from wrongdoing or criminal activity.
  • Maintain security operations comply with all applicable regulations and standards e.g security corporate requirements and TAPA.
  • Develops security rules and concepts oversees the implementation and provides recommendations to reduce the risk of harm or damage to the organization.
  • Closely lead and supervise subordinates and ensure that Securities tasks/functions are performed as directed.
  • Take precautionary measures against any threat or risk to the Securities and apply mitigation measures.
  • Ensure that all guards, hardware, and security systems (CCTV, Card reader, alarm, SOP, etc) are working and in excellent condition within 24 hours.
  • Screening, interviewing, reviewing (background check), and counseling the external security guards to maintain order throughout the company.
  • Respond to any complaints/reports.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A Bachelor/Diploma in Law, Business Administration, and others.
  • Knowledge in Security management, CCTV system & door access operation.
  • Required at least 3 years of working experience in a relevant field.
  • English literate, active in both writing and speaking.
  • Basic computer Knowledge, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Certification in security management is an advantage.
