Job Description

  • Able do consultation session to customer (face to face)
  • Handle customer complains
  • Handle customer appointments
  • Able to arrange Therapist schedule along with Store Leader
  • Manage and maintain facilities and tools at store
  • Selling our products
  • Do Daily Closing Journal Report for Finance & Accounting Dept (proven by test)

Requirements

  • Minimum education from SMA/SMK or Diploma or Bachelor degree from any diciplines
  • Service oriented personality
  • Has worked in similar setting (beauty salon, hotel, hospitality, medical clinic, etc)
  • Attractive and representable as customer service
  • Call center applicants are welcomed
  • Must have vehicle (motorcycle) for mobile working
  • Technology savvy
  • Sales oriented (can sells our products)
  • Knowing about Closing system (Daily matching transactions from System and Actual Revenue at Store)
  • ENGLISH proficiency is a must (oral and written)
