Job Description

Fulltime - Outsource, Jakarta

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Menganalisa kebutuhan/pengeluaran perusahaan (spend analysis)
  • Menganalisa, mencari & menentukan barang/jasa yang memenuhi kebutuhan dari perusahaan (procurement & management)
  • Mengetahui struktur biata barang, struktur biaya jasa, produksi dan biaya-biaya yang menyertai suatu pengadaan
  • Mencari, menentukan & menegosiasikan kontrak dengan vendor (contract management)
  • Memantau, menganalisa dan menjaga kondisi stok level perusahaan
  • Membangun, mengelola & menjaga hubungan kerja sama dengan vendor (vendor management)
  • Stay up to date dengan industry trends


Kualifikasi :

  • S1 All major
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam menangani procurement yang relevan minimal 1 tahun
  • Memahami pola pengadaan strategi dan retail dalam suatu perusahaan
  • Memiliki kemampuan berpikir strategic
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan problem solving yang baik
  • Memliki kemampuan organisasi dan kepemimpinan
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Mampu bekerja secara tim dan individu
