Customer Service Lead

Requirement

    • Experienced in managing Customer Service as Lead / Manager / SPV min. 2 years
    • Proficiency in using Customer Service Ticketing Software
    • Love to provide an excellent service to the customers in a good way
    • Have a good attention to detail
    • Creative, comminicative, eesponsible and self-motivated
    • Excellent in analyzing data and skillful in Microsoft Excel
    • A good leader in managing his / her team
    • Highly productive and a natural problem solver
