Join us as an Analyst/Associate within the Indonesia Coverage team. As part of the team, you will execute M&A transactions as well as help clients raise equity and debt finance including loans and structured finance. You will work with senior bankers to prepare pitch books and live deal materials, including offering memoranda, internal credit memos, management presentations, lender presentations and prospectuses. You will develop financial analysis and valuation skills, analyze business plans and participate in due diligence. This role involves direct interaction with clients on transactions.

We are looking for:
Solid analytical and quantitative skill set
Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred due to direct coverage of local language-speaking clients
Ability to coordinate with colleagues and clients at all levels
Advanced PC skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, FactSet and IRESS
Positive ‘can do’ attitude and solid work ethic
Ability to exercise good decision-making and judgment at all times, including under time pressure
Demonstrated interest in Investment Banking with strong financial services and / or industry experience
