Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist the Building Maintenance & Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, improvement and supervision of the condition of ITC facilities and infrastructure, especially in the electrical and electronic fields.
  • Includes design, specifications, costs, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field.
  • Responsible for electrical and electronic reports.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly work plans and submit maintenance budgets
  • Handling external and internal customer complaints regarding the building's electrical and electronic facilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
  • Have experience in multi-story building operations.
  • Mastering Ms. Office and other programs according to the field.
  • Willing to be placed in ITC Mangga Dua, North Jakarta.
