Job Description

  • Pengalaman di posisi Team Leader /Supervisor call center minimal 1th devisi NON VOICE (Email/whatsapp/live chat / sosmed)
  • Mengerti Flow case Non Voice
  • Mengerti Flow Call center dan menghitung dan menganalisa Service Level
  • bertugas dalam menjaga operasional contact center. proses dapat bekerja sebagaimana mestinya
  • Mampu menganalisa kebutuhan pelanggan. Ia harus mampu menyesuaikan bisnis proses yang sedang berjalan
  • Mampu mengambil keputusan yang cepat saat dibutuhkan
  • Supervisor juga dibutuhkan untuk mengatur waktu dan mampu mengelola informasi secara kreatif
  • Supervisor juga harus bisa mengembangkan tim agar dapat bekerja dengan baik dan kondusif

Contract length: 12 months

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month

Education:

  • S1 (Required)

Experience:

  • Supervisor Non Voice Email/live chat/whatsapp: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Team Leader Contact Center: 1 year (Required)
