Persyaratan
1. Usia 35 - 45 tahun

2. D3 / S1 Teknik (Industri, Mesin & Elektro)

3. Pengalaman diposisi yang sama atau sebagai Manager Produksi minimal 3 tahun

4. Diutamakan berpengalaman di Industri manufaktur makanan & minuman

5. Memiliki Jiwa Leadership, Disiplin, Komunikatif, Bertanggung Jawab & Berintegritas Tinggi

6. Dapat bertindak cepat dan memecahkan permasalahan dengan penyelesaian yang tepat

7. Penempatan Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur
Tanggung Jawab
1. Memastikan plan produksi dari PPIC sesuai dengan kapasitas mesin

2. Memastikan proses produksi berjalan lancar

3. Bertanggung jawab terhadap kapasitas produksi, pengendalian waste, downtime mesin dan mutu hasil produksi

4. Memastikan dan monitoring kinerja bawahan sesuai SOP

5. Membuat laporan pertanggung jawaban kerja (harian, mingguan dan bulanan)
